Treatment and recover of waste water containing acetone |

Background: In some perto-chemical plant, the waste water containing acetone is usually treated with a process by ail sweeping, the efficiency of which is low and resulting in second contamination. In new process using FX-201.1 adsorbent, the acetone contained in waste water can be effetely removed and recovered.

1） Major process parameters
Adsorption：
20～32℃,space velocity 2.5～3.0, 14～16g waste water/g adsorbent,动Dynamic adsorption capacity 60 mg acetone/g adsorbent.
Desorption：
180℃，5 hr，N2 as carrying gas.
Quality level:
Acetone content in treated waste water < 50ppm；De-acetone efficiency 98％; Concentration of acetone in adsorption solution 8.0％.
